The San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, Cox Communications, the 
San Diego County Office of Education, District 6 Councilmember Chris Cate, and Computers 2 Kids (C2K) are partnering to rally businesses and the community to Meet the Need during the COVID-19 Pandemic and donate your unwanted electronics to help families realize their dreams for a strong education.
Individuals and small, medium, and large-size businesses can donate their computers directly to C2K today, pledge a future donation, or host a computer collection drive.
Since the school closures, C2K has fulfilled more than 85,000 requests for refurbished computers to meet the needs of families struggling to help their child complete their education from home. C2K has also received requests from six colleges for computers for thousands of their students.
The need for more technology is and will continue to be high through the end of the year as we fulfill the technological demand facing our education system today due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Individual, government, and corporate technology donations will be paramount in our efforts to Meet the Need.
